Questions parents ask
Is this a digital download?+
No. Every letter is a real paper letter, mailed to you in an envelope.
Printed or handwritten, what is the difference?+
Printed letters use a handwriting-style script. Handwritten letters are written word by word in real ink, so no two are alike.
Do I pay full price for each child?+
No. Your first child gets the set you pick. Each additional child is $10.
How much do I have to tell you?+
Only your child's name. Anything else is optional and helps Santa make it personal.
What happens to the details I share?+
They are used for the letter only and deleted after the season.
Will Santa promise a gift?+
Never. Santa may say he heard the wish, but he does not make promises.
Can it be mailed straight to my child?+
Yes. Choose "Mail it straight to my child" at the delivery step.
When do I need to order?+
By December 12 for standard orders. Rush orders are open December 13 to 15.
